Your SIP endpoint registers via UDP, TCP, or TLS. The platform verifies connectivity, negotiates session parameters, and prepares the call for routing.
Traffic is authenticated by IP or credentials and screened against fraud and regulatory checks. Number formats are normalized and routing eligibility is verified.
Supported codecs are negotiated so audio is established at the best quality for available bandwidth. Media parameters and timers are aligned to minimize clipping and silence.
Our routing engine evaluates ASR, ACD, PDD, jitter, latency, cost and commercial preferences — selecting a primary Tier-1 route with backup routes ready instantly.
As the call progresses, we measure round-trip delay, packet loss, and mid-call quality. If quality degrades, the system triggers immediate failover without operator intervention.
If the far end answers, the call is maintained on the best path. If it cannot complete, it's released with accurate signaling codes so reporting and billing remain precise.
In global telecom, routes can degrade unexpectedly. Many providers simply escalate tickets — we don't. At Seed Telecom, we actively monitor performance around the clock.
If traffic quality drops on any destination, our system immediately triggers automatic failover to higher-quality routes while our NOC team resolves the root cause in parallel. We treat connectivity issues as operational priorities — not customer complaints.
"If your ASR to Nigeria or Brazil drops, we don't just send a ticket — we trigger an immediate failover to a higher-tier route while we resolve the primary link. We treat your connection issues as our own internal emergencies because Integrity is the foundation of our partnership."
Don't let unstable termination impact your business performance. Join 1,500+ global partners who rely on Seed Telecom for always-on connectivity.
